The foundation of Bach flowers includes
- Understanding the 38 remedies with associated negative emotions they can be used for. For example, fears of named things, indecision, terror, grief, resentment among others.
- Learning the principles and philosophy of the natural system developed by Dr. Edward Bach
- Opportunity to develop skills through several case studies, scenarios, and exercises
- Employing reflective practice
to identify negative emotions and associated remedies to be included in a personalized mix
